ACTION PLAN


The following are a list of key actions that we recommend you engage in as you create g2 Developments:

A. Maintain a First Mover Advantage:
There are bigger players in the market and there are limited barriers to entry. You must gain a first mover advantage in this space. In order to do this we ensure you do the following:

i. Ensure Sensoria is a success by first creating an integrated project planning integrating the following disciplines:

1. Legal
2. Sales and Marketing
3. Development
4. Financing Requirements

ii. Focus on additional land acquisition for guaranteed growth path. As land is inexpensive to acquire now it is recommended that you secure two additional properties.

B. Must Establish your Vision and Culture
a. To ensure you have a team that is set up for success you need to establish who you are as an organization. You want to position yourself as a company everyone wants to work with. Imperative activities include:

i. Formalize Your New Brand
i. Establish Your Team Structure
i. Establish Key Processes, (reporting, controls, etc, etc)
i. Secure Your Financials

C. Be a “good news” story in Costa Rica
a. There is an opportunity to be a great news story about doing something innovative in Costa Rica. It is a great opportunity to reset the bar for developers by focusing on your differentiator.

b. As a Costa Rica-based company you have the opportunity to position yourself as a global company with international reach and expertise.

D. Need to Combat Lack of Expertise/Experience in
this Industry
a. Establish strong strategic partners with proven track record of success in resort development.

b. Look to integrate women into company structure.

c. Look to establish partnerships with other entities to enhance offering (i.e. National Geographic).
